A session for Childminders which will provide information and guidance to FEEE providers on:
Signing up and logging into the Early Years Provider Hub
How to input children on the register
How to add a child’s hours, start & end date and archive & sort
Description:
This session will demonstrate how to effectively use the EYP Provider Hub Pupil Register to maximise FEEE funding with a highlight on using registration start and leaving dates when changing details in the “Funding Claims” section of a child’s record.
It has come to our attention that some providers are changing details (hours of attendance, funding claims type etc..) without using start and leaving dates which has the potential of overwriting previous details which could result in providers getting less funding than they have delivered in a term.
Outcome:
FEEE providers will have a clear understanding of using the EYP Hub Pupil Register
