Description:
This meeting will be a continuation of the conversations and partnership work of the Starting School Together project and provide practitioners with an opportunity to discuss school transitions.
Outcome:
Practitioners will have a shared understanding of school transitions and work collectively to discuss good practice in current circumstances.
