Outline:

Please join Jean Gross CBE from 9:00am on Tuesday 7th March 2017 to explore the science of resilience and the practical steps schools can take to build it in staff and children alike. You will also explore the place of resilience in the recent Ofsted framework making links to the hot topic of children’s mental health, considering what can be done in school to develop staff self-efficacy and wellbeing in challenging times.

Description:

The session, sponsored by Oxford University Press and organised by Whitefield Teaching School Alliance offers the opportunity to attend a half day of professional development appropriate for HT, SLT, subject leaders and inclusion leads.

There will be a non-profit charge of £10 per delegate to cover the cost of venue and refreshments.
