A facilitated discussion around the challenges and emerging issues which impact on how governors perform their roles.
An opportunity for all governors to contribute to a facilitated discussion around the
challenges and emerging issues, both locally and nationally, which impact on how
governors perform their roles. This will include governance at both Trust Board and LGB
level within MATs and also the maintained sector.
Discussion themes will include leadership within GBs and succession planning, how to
carry out annual self-reviews of governance as well as future training needs.
Bookings will be taken through the WF Online system and will continue to be taken by the normal channels.
