By the end of this course, Early Years leaders and managers will have the means to develop a bespoke system in their setting for improving teaching and learning that meets the needs of their setting. The original course was developed by two outstanding leaders in education and has been used by the DFE to raise standards in a range of settings.
The course is split into two separate sessions with practical tasks in between. Each day involves practical activities that provide opportunities to develop strategies in observation and reviewing outcomes in an Early Years setting.

Beyond Monitoring in the Early Years is a two part course designed to empower Leaders and Managers in Early Years settings with the means to secure better teaching and learning across their settings
Outcome:
• Strategies to triangulate evidence
• Review how effective intentions for learning are in your setting
• Scrutinise the impact practitioners have on enabling outcomes for children in your setting
