Are you a volunteer, member or worker in a local community group, voluntary sector agency or faith organisation? How much do you know about your safeguarding responsibilities?

The ‘Think Family, Think Safeguarding’ event will bring together speakers and a range of adults and children safeguarding practitioners from across the partnership such as health, social care, Police, London Fire Brigade and specialist providers, to support you in your work with families and communities.

Description:

Find out more about what to do if you have concerns about the safeguarding of children, adults or families that you work with. Take part in a safeguarding workshop, hear from interesting speakers and meet with a wide range of specialist agencies who can provide advice and signpost you to relevant support.

Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility. This exciting and thought-provoking event will provide you with knowledge and tools to assist you with becoming adequately equipped to deal with safeguarding and helping to keep the people you work with safe.

Whether you need advice on your responsibilities, information on how to get help for vulnerable people or would like to network and learn more about safeguarding through workshops, come and join us.
