Outline:

This training session is part of the Early Years Teaching and Learning Training Framework. Prospects Services Ltd will be leading the session on how to identify groups of children (EYPP, SEND, EAL) and how to address narrowing the attainment gap.

Description:

This session will provide participants with an opportunity to explore the following:
• How to evaluate and monitor the progress of groups of children.
• How to compile a progress summary and write an action plan to improve outcomes.
• Ways in which additional funding could be used to improve outcomes.
• “School readiness” and practical examples of how this can be promoted through an enabling environment.

Outcome:

Participants will be able to identify and address the needs of groups of children (EYPP, SEND, EAL) ensuring improved outcomes for all to narrow the attainment gap.
