NQTs will reflect on teaching, observation and mentoring activities so far. They will showcase successful teaching and learning strategies. NQTs will gain an in depth understanding of the Teacher Standards and what they look like look like in the classroom through observation skills and analysis. They will be able to explore outstanding practice relating to the TS. They will reflect on their teaching practice and set targets for further improvement and gain advice and guidance regarding high quality teaching and learning.
