- Introduction to HBT bullying: What is HBT bullying, how does it differ from other forms of bullying. Who is affected by it and what impact does it have? What are the main obligations for tackling HBT bullying?
- Supporting transgender young people: What does it mean to be a transgender young person and what barriers do they face at school? What additional support do you need to ensure that your school has in place?
- The role of leaders and governors: How can you lead on this work? Which policies should you focus on improving? What questions should you be asking?
- Action planning: What practical steps can you take in your school after the training? Where can you get support to help as you lead on this work?
