Final funding allocations for 2017-2018 for your school.
How your school can set a robust budget.
The Year-end accounts closedown process.
The year-end reports and how to question financial data.
Description:
This course is designed to give governors confidence when dealing with schools financial matters.
Outcome:
To support governors in fulfilling their strategic role of overseeing the financial performance of the schools. To develop governor's financial skills, ensuring school money is appropriately spent. Develop a clear understanding of budget management, including in-year budget variations.
Booking information:
