Outline:

This essential training session will:
Support settings to complete the EYFS Profile
Support settings to make accurate assessments of children’s attainment
Support settings to link areas of learning
Support settings to show how phonic knowledge fits in with judgements for literacy

Description:

ONLY book onto this training session if you have Reception-aged children in your setting (these are funded children who will be 5 years old between May and August 2017).

The EYFS Profile will need to be completed and this training session will support this process.

All 17 areas of learning in the EYFS have to be assessed within 3 main attainment bands:
Emerging
Expected
Exceeding

This training session will help you to be accurate when making judgements around children’s attainment.

Outcome:

Attendees will be more confident in completing the EYFS Profile accurately
