Outline:

This is a half-day workshop sessions which will provide information and guidance to enable settings to deliver a high quality Early Years provision. It will also provide opportunities for professionals to pick up best practice business processes from across EY sectors.

Description:

This is a free half-day workshop session which will provide basic statutory compliance information, guidance and best practice to FEEE providers on:
• LADO Service & Reporting Allegations
• Managers’ & DSLs’ Roles & Responsibilities
• Avoiding pitfalls
• Safer Recruitment

Outcome:

At the end of the workshop, we aim that attendees will
• Have a greater understanding of Child Protection & Safeguarding
• Takeaway Business Development Idea for Safeguarding practice in settings
