Jane Wotherspoon on inspecting two-year-olds

Jane Wotherspoon is Ofsted National Lead for Early Years. In the video below she explores the subject of providing 2 year old provision in schools and what things inspectors will be looking for. In particular she highlights the differing needs of children of this age and raises the key organisation considerations to be taken in to account to meet their needs. These centre around things like ratios, working with parents, key Persons, sleep arrangements, two year progress check and differentiation to name a few.

This video is a must for all providers of two year old provision.
